Strategy tool
This tool describes teaching and learning strategies for the classroom that can be applied across the curriculum. The tool contains a balance of teaching and learning strategies which help cater for the different learning styles of students. These strategies include discussion (teacher student, student student, small and large group), cooperative learning activities, debates and learning games. Research has shown that through peer to peer interchanges, students have the opportunity to explore social influences that may impact on the decisions they make about drug use. It is intended as a reference tool for teachers.
